🤖 Conversation AI – Now Smarter with Human Handover

Finally! When your AI not-so-subtly lets you know, "Hey, I’m stuck", it can actually do something about it. The new Human Handover system means your AI bot knows when it’s out of its league (hey, we’ve all been there). If a conversation gets tricky, your customer asks for a human, or the AI just isn’t getting anywhere, the bot hands things over to a human team member.

Handovers can assign a person, make a task, even send a closing message. Jugglers, take note: the robot can pause for you, too.
