🎨 Payments Now Match Your Brand (Yes, Even That Hot Pink Button)
Do you have payment links that look like they rolled right out of a generic factory? BOOM: Now your payment links can actually match your brand! This means logos, colors, button shades, the whole works. You can use your Brand Board or handpick a custom theme. (Sorry, there’s still no Comic Sans button. Yet.)
How to do it:
- Go to Payments → Settings
- Customize your links and see instant previews.
- Show off your new, on-brand payment links wherever you sell stuff!
Why? Because your brand is awesome and your payment links should be, too.
📆 Sub-Account Dashboards: Now With Custom Fields!
Ever wish your dashboard tables told you exactly what you want, not what the system thinks is important? You can now add any custom field (yes, even “Favorite Pizza Topping” 🍕) as a column to your Contacts and Opportunities widgets. Plus, you can now track birthdates! (Cake emoji not included.)
How it works:
- Edit your dashboard or report, select a table widget, and pick your custom fields to display.
- Works everywhere: Dashboards & Custom Reports.
🏦 International Automatic Taxes – VAT, GST, You Name It!
Mathletes and global sellers: celebrate! HighLevel now supports automatic tax calculation for multiple countries, including those with tricky VAT (and not just the good ol’ U.S. of A). Add your tax IDs, configure nexus addresses, and taxes will be calculated like magic. Even Canada and the EU are invited to this party.

- Go to Labs to enable VoIP Deskphone (SIP Endpoint)
- Configure under Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced > VoIP Deskphone

🤖 Conversation AI Gets Even Smarter: Human Handover!
Sometimes, the AI bot just can’t. Like, when someone asks, “What’s the meaning of life?” (Sorry, 42 is not a valid coupon code.) Now Conversation AI can hand off to a human if:
- Your customer asks for a real person
- The AI flunks the answer twice
- Nobody knows what’s going on
You can choose the triggers, assign to staff, auto-create a follow-up task, pause the bot, send a “We’ll get back to you!” message, and notify everyone who needs to know.

⏲️ Hide Countdown Timers for Apple Mail (Because Time Travel Gets Weird)
On Apple Mail, countdown timers were going rogue and showing wrong times (thanks, pre-loading). Now you can hide timers for Apple Mail users, so they won’t see a timer that’s lying about your flash sale.
- Just check “Hide for Apple users” in the timer settings.
- Use the timer in your emails as usual!
