1. 💼 Booking Gets Brighter: Simplified Services Experience (Private Beta)

You know when you add a staff member to a service and then immediately have to play detective to find out why the booking page is empty? That mystery is history!
Default Availability: New staff on a service? They auto-magically get a 9-to-5 schedule. The booking widget works right away—no more “help, where are my slots?!” support tickets.
Result: Less setup time. More time for coffee (or hot chocolate, we don’t judge).
Third-Party Calendar Uploads: Every booked service is now instantly synced to Google, Outlook, or iCloud calendars. No more copying-and-pasting times like it’s 1999.
Only YOUR services go to YOUR calendar. Imagine if you saw everyone else’s… chaos!😅
UI Upgrades:
- Finally, a “Back” button! Because even the best of us click the wrong thing sometimes.
- Your service images are now sharp, not potato-quality. 📸
- No logo or company? The booking header disappears for that ultra-sleek, embedded look.
- See your timezone on slot selection. No more “Was that 3 pm for me or for Bob in Australia?”
2. 🌍 International Automatic Taxes (VAT Included!)
If you ever wished taxes would manage themselves, your wish is basically granted.
- Global Support: Choose multiple countries and even add specific VAT or tax IDs. HighLevel does the tax math for invoices, payment links, ecommerce stores, and funnels.
- Easy Configuration:
- Bulk add countries/states for tax calculation.
- Edit or remove as business needs change.
- Nexus Management: Add "nexus addresses" so you don’t miss collecting (or remitting) tax where required.
- Existing US Auto-Taxers: There’s a migration wizard in your settings. The old US-only version is retiring in six months (it’s going to Florida to retire, but don’t worry, there’s a clear deprecation plan and warnings!).
Hopefully now, your accountant STOPS texting you in all caps. 🙏
3. 🖥️ Bring Back the Deskphone! (But it’s Actually Smart Now)
That chunky phone on your desk you’ve been using as a paperweight? It’s back, and now it loves the cloud.
- SIP Endpoint Integration: Use a physical (VoIP) deskphone directly linked to HighLevel CRM!
- Make and receive calls, record and transcribe, and blind transfer to your teammates right from your desk.
- Available via Labs for trial—get nerdy with your phone hardware again.
- Change: The "Ring All" user limit is now 6 (not 7), making space for the deskphone.
Just beware, now you can’t pretend your phone is broken to avoid sales calls. 🤷
4. 🤖 Conversation AI: Human Handover Interface
Your AI chatbot is smart, but even robots hit their "I dunno 🤔" limit. Now, when someone types “Can I talk to an actual person?” or the AI just doesn’t have an answer, the conversation seamlessly passes to a human agent.

Sending a contract or doc? Now you can:
- Clearly see and click the “Edit” icon to tweak your email before sending (no more hide-and-seek!), and
- Select an email template right in the modal. Fewer clicks = happier users.
8. 📬 Countdown Timers Behave in Apple Mail

Ever send an email with an epic countdown timer… only to learn that Apple Mail users see the wrong time because it pre-caches the image? Rude!
- Now you can check a box in "Countdown Timer" settings to hide timers for Apple Mail users on iOS 15+.
- No more embarrassing "this coupon expires in… negative five days?" moments.
Always use a button with a dynamic link for proper redirection. Trust us on this one!
