🌈 Conditional Logic in Surveys: Goodbye One-Size-Fits-All!
You know those surveys that are as one-dimensional as a soggy French fry? Not anymore! Conditional Logic is now live in the Survey Builder.
What can you do?
- Redirect to URL: Send respondents to custom destinations—you could send dog lovers to dog memes and cat lovers to… their own mysterious universe.
- Display Custom Message: Make respondents feel special with tailored messages.
- Show/Hide Fields: Only show the questions that matter (bye, survey clutter!).
- Disqualify Lead: Politely (or not) stop the survey for non-matches.
- Jump To Slide: Skip around your survey like you're winning at hopscotch.
Pro Tip: Multi-condition support, an enhanced UI for conditions, top-down rule processing (the first one wins!), and built-in validation to prevent conflicts. Only radio buttons and dropdowns can jump to slides for now.
Why care? You get smarter lead qualification, cleaner data, and your audience actually finishes your survey. Genius.
📅 Appointment Notes Sync: Sticky Notes—But Smarter!
Keeping track of who said what during an appointment shouldn't require an archaeologist. Now, notes you add to appointments automatically pop up in Contacts, Opportunities, and Conversations!
- Real-time sync: Edit one spot, it updates everywhere! If only my lunch order could do that.
- Filter by Source: See if a note was made by a human (you), a workflow, or the mysterious API bot.
- One-way street: Notes from appointments sync to Contacts, but not the other way. Sorry, Contacts, gotta pull your weight!

- See Default Form Submissions: All the info your client puts in while booking, right there next to custom forms in the appointment modal.
